Outcome came into existence in 2010 through consultation with the world’s leading expert Negotiators, Competitive Intelligence pioneers and Behavioal Forecasters. 5 years later Outcome’s Role-Play Simulation framework is part of the syllabus of MBA courses on Advanced Negotiation at some of the best business schools in the world.
Outcome was founded by and is managed by Søren Malmborg, who holds a masters degree in political sociology, specialized in decision-making processes and conflicts from the University of Copenhagen. Before founding Outcome, Søren Malmborg has worked as a political analyst in a domestic policy think tank.
